Survey Evaluation of Nursing Emergency Preparedness Training

Introduction: An effective response to CBRNE requires that frontline staff, such as nurses, are adequately trained in Emergency Preparedness (EP). Understanding the current gaps nursing knowledge of is first step creating an training program. This study assessed EP and needs among staff. Method: A web-based survey was distributed all hospital The evaluated nurses received. Conclusion: majority inadequate events with self-reported lack responding these events. targeted educational curriculum enhance professionals clearly indicated.
